• I am a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor with over 24 year’s experience! Direct experience working with the top three lenders in the UK (Halifax – 10 years, Barclays 6 years and HSBC 3 years) remaining time I have been an independent mortgage broker, building a vast knowledge across the mortgage market. I will use my knowledge to secure the right mortgage for you, giving you peace of mind.

• As a mortgage broker I have access to over 90 mortgage lenders, with some exclusive rates/lenders available! This means I have not got a restricted panel of lenders, therefore I can review 1000’s of products and make sure my advice is correct for you as an individual.

• I am independent – therefore I work for you, not a bank or building society, my job is to secure you the most cost-effective mortgage, that meets your personal preferences and priorities. Saving you time and money!

• You will not have any contact directly with the lender I recommend, this takes away you chasing the lender directly (sometimes stressful, long and tiresome calls) and leaves you free to sit back and start planning your colour scheme!

• I will work closely with your estate agent, new build company, solicitor, to make the process as straight forward as possible.

• I am also a fully qualified mortgage protection advisor (with access to a panel of leading protection companies). With personal experience of a critical illness when I was only 32, I understand the importance of the right protection policy in line with your personal budget. Helping you explore different options and finding the most suitable cover for you and your family, providing long term peace of mind!
